I have never been a workout fanatic but this problem has actually kept me from doing physical activity at times. Some people have said I need to drink more water but today I drank 3 bottles of water during my workout and still got a migraine 3 hours later. I took excedrin and that helped. This has been a problem all my life and I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions? If I work out more consistantly will it go away?
