Caffeine is supposed to help when you have a migraine, so take them. I get migraines, and a neurologist gave me a prescription for 600mg of ibuprofen... You can take an advil or two. Turn off all of the lights and close any blinds. Rest and stay in bed. Don't strain your eyes, so don't do any reading or watch tv. Don't eat things like cheese, chocolate, and wine.
