I swear by ice. lay down in a dim quiet room and use ice packs on your forehead and the base of your head/neck. and you need to catch a migraine at an early onset the quicker you catch it the quicker you can get rid of it. I went to my regular physician first (I go to the OBGYN on the 24th) and she told me that tylenol is the only safe thing to take while preggo, especially in your first trimester. Tylenol has never really worked for me though and she ended up prescribing me vicodin-which for whatever reason is safe to take while pregnant-! It has helped. Ask your dr when you go! I have increased my water intake and it seems like my headaches magically disappeared! Plus, no drugs!
