@huahuching I was not clear enough. When I say, “I created my migraine the way you do…” I didn’t sleep for 3 days. BUT most people who get POOR SLEEP and are dehydrated also get migraines. I didn’t mean PRECISELY staying up like I did.
I usually like your videos, but this one is an exception. #1 you created your migrain the way I do, not sleeping for 3 days, drinking only alcohol and eating only red meat??? I don’t think anybody in your audience does that… then you also contradicted yourself talking about what happened when you woke up the second and third day… I’m just saying

Glove, why do you think I ignored you? Do you think you are so important and special that I would ignore you especially and even more than I ignore all youtube messages? I get about 2000 messages a day. I ignore them ALL. Use journik to get an answer.
@yogameditation You talk a lot about humility, peace, love, yet you ignore the two messages I send to you about a friend invite, I feel ignored and like if you do not like me…..Not that I need it, but I believe that it is not that hard to accept a friend invite, you have your reason on ignoring me, but please do not accept my invite now as I not desire to beg to any person.

I suffer from migraines and have come to the belief that 95% of my migraines are stress related and that I can have significant control over the amount of pain a potential migraine may bring. Laying in bed in a dark quiet room may just amplify the pain while going about my normal routine, out and about actually lessons the pain, but I have to tell myself that I’m stronger than the migraine and then the pain is less or none. I would still like to try these holistic methods but I am sceptical.
I find gentle stretching, yoga and slow but deep breathing helps with headaches

I got headaches and migraines from not breathing correctly… Because of you I am now breathing better…..

I use to get migraines every day, every hour, every min. I use go to the doc every week to see why i get migraines so often. He use to give me pill after pill and they just didn’t work. I discover it was my eating habits so i just went vegan and now i don’t get migraines, headaches , back pain its all gone. More energy too
In my opinion, I do NOT believe that
A pain killer is just a pill which kills the overrated signals in your nerves, but for exemple, if you have a cut and you take a pain killer the cut remains but the pain is gone = body is still suffering but you (the mind/soul) doesn’t feel, the connection between mind and body are the nerves, kill them and you are not connected ^^
My opinion
when you take a pill againts head ache or any pain at all your body still soffers but you dont feel it!
wan i think you should make a few more vids about chi-balls and fire telekinesis and the like,
not because they are spiritually important its just that they pull large numbers of views XD
When I have headaches, I make them go away, I take control of my body & refuse the pain and it’s source causing it.. kinda meditation ^^
Even if you put yourself out of your body, your body still suffers, so, it doesn’t help…
Oh and also, when I get headaches I make sage tea, take a vitamin c and try to nap if possible.
I dont get migraines but my friend does. She eats healthy food. But she’s overweight and gets migraines and I cant really see where she’s going wrong. I’d really like to help her get rid of the migraines and fasten her metabolism.

If only I had to work so hard to get a migrane. I get headaches fairly frequently. They typically start out mild but if I don’t take something right away they will intensify until I become sick to my stomach and sometimes throw up. I’ll take any pain reliever available to me but I prefer something that’s designed for headaches. Sometimes eating sugar provides quick relief too.
Good to know~ I get migraines often. I had a brain tumor and am legally blind. I can see but not well. I am not able to drive but love to paint and sculpt.
I don’t like taking meds and usually try to ignore.
what does red meat do to metabolism. once you recommended eating a restriction diet of beef and spinach for something. What was that?
I don’t have migraines but I can use this information for my clients. I can use this as a reference point.
