Great question…Happens to me every month… I will be looking for the answer….
One medication that I found really helps is PAMPRIN —extra strength. It contains a strong pain reliever, diuretic (water reducer) and something for irritability. Read the product directions carefully on the box. I would take it DURING my period, to get rid of the water, and to start the process before the hormone level changes after my period. They also have a Pamprin PMS product on the market. I would take BOTH, if the elements listed on the package agree with you.
