The pain starts in my neck, and radiates all the way up to the top of that side. The pain gets to my gums, sinuses, behind my eye. It's terrible. I also tend to vomit and have a hard time even keeping water down. When I wake up with a headache I know it will be bad, because sleeping will generally cure a lowgrade headache for me. If the doctor who prescribe the medicine is an OB-GYNE then, there's no reason to feel that way. They knew best.
