I have heard from people who tried it that it works miracles for normal headaches and migraines and stuff, but it also supposedly cures hydrocephalus. Is this true? Has anyone with hydrocephalus tried this and did it work for you? I’d really like to get better!

I took a nap today and I got woke up by throbbing pain from a migraine. I do suffer from migraines but this was like the mother of all migraines. Normally I would perform the following positions at least three times for relief of migraines (what you’re viewing is the last of seven repetitions). During each position, I would inhale through my third eye and exhale through my hands.
