I have been dizzy and nauseous for days, probably due to a migraine, but I can’t get any relief except by sleeping in a dark room. Shortly after waking I get dizzy and ill again. Other than migraine specific meds and OTC meds, are there any good solutions or things I should eat/do/etc.?
I have meclizine and promethazine/phenergan, which only helps put me to sleep (I wake up nauseous again). Also, I cannot stand ginger, it makes me feel like vomitting when I am well, so that won’t help either. Any new ideas?
I get these headaches a lot, and I have been checked for all sorts of problems, parasites included. I’m technically “healthy” just with lots of refractory migraines.

Also, I’ve been doing the BRAT diet, which a doctor told me would help the nausea… it doesn’t help a lot.
